As much as Jerry Lawler was the city's most important wrestler, Jackie Fargo was probably it's most loved. He was the soul of Memphis Wrestling because of his 1960s and early 1970s run here. The majority of the success of the Fabulous Ones angle that was started in 1982 was because of the support Jackie gave the whole thing. Truly a Memphis Legend.
